Lotion 1 PERM is a perming lotion. It opens the cuticle of the natural eyelash and prepares it for the procedure.
Apply Perm Lotion 1 and let it work 6-10 min (6 min – weak eyelashes, 10 min – strong eyelashes). Remove Lotion 1 with dry cotton bud.
